  7. Well....getting this in under the wire required diching a lot of fun things
  8. I had planned for this hack....unfortunately.

  10. It is an MPW tool that you run with balloon help already turned on
  11. and it animates the balloon icon when you have no balloons on the screen.
  12.  
  13. The drawing is very kosher, using CopyBits, and it just temporarily moves
  14. the grayrgn to allow itself to draw in the menubar.
  15.  
  16. The lack of updating is an artifact that it is running as a tool and can't have
  17. MPW update its windows while LoonyHelp is running.
